Invitation to participate in important survey on models of intensive mode teaching

The Office for Learning and Teaching has commissioned RMIT University, The University of Western Australia, and University of Tasmania to undertake a strategic priority project to support and improve students’ experiences of capability development in courses with intensive mode teaching. Intensive mode teaching engages students in facilitated learning activities or classes intensively over longer in a day than is usual in the discipline, and over fewer days than a traditional course. A good practice guide on supporting the student experience of capability development with intensive mode teaching will be developed.

Recent, current, and future coordinators of units with intensive mode teaching are invited to share their models by completing a 15-minute online survey. Coordinators of non-standard courses such as bridging courses are also welcome to participate.
